The Cleveland County Health Department nursing staff will offer both seasonal and H1N1 flu shots Monday, Dec. 21, between 1 and 3:30 pm at the Little Axe Community Center.

Shots are free to anyone 6 months of age or older. Children younger then 18 must have a parent or guardian with them.
If you have MEDICARE, please bring your Medicare card.
