Apply in person at the COCAA offices located at 2270 Industrial Blvd., Norman, phone 447-0832. Directions: Highway 9 west to Porter exit go north to Rock Creek Road. Go west on Rock Creek Road to Industrial Blvd. which is just before the railroad tracks and go left ½ mile.

The criteria are that an individual or family must show that they were affected by the tornado. Bring photo identification, social security cards for everyone in the family, proof of filing with FEMA, Red Cross or home owner insurance. The priority is making sure individuals have housing so assistance with rent will be available as well as other specific services.

The deadline is September 15th.
